Rtn Mervyn Jussy, Team Leader
A Lawyer by qualification and Advertising man by profession, He has over 20 years of experience including a major stint with Mudra Communications, India's foremost Advertising Company. He ispresently Managing Director of his Company, Locus Communications Private Limited.

Profession apart, Mervyn plays hockey and has played for his University and State and competed at the National level. He is a Past President of The Advertising Club, Coimbatore. The founder Secretary of Coimbatore Eco Foundation & The Secretary of Public Relations Society of India, Coimbatore Chapter. His passion for the environment has lead him to active participation in Non Governmental Organisations Siruthuli (protection & conservation of water bodies) Indian Chamber of Commerce & Industry, Coimbatore.

He has traveled extensively to UK, Germany, France, Switzerland, Canada, USA, Brazil, Sri Lanka, UAE and Mauritius. He was a GSE Team member and traveled to District 4660 Brazil in 1995 which according to him cannot be explained but only experienced. His hobbies include Hockey, Gardening, Reading and observing consumer behaviour across all sections of society. He is happily married to Sreejaya, a Criminal Lawyer and blessed with two children Shreya and Nikhel.

Mervyn has had an active Rotary life since 2003. Been Charter Secretary of Rotary Coimbatore Spectrum, President of Rotary Coimbatore Spectrum, was Governors Group Representative, District Joint Director Rain Water Harvesting . Chairman for District Seminar, Faculty for Rotary programs, Organizing committee Member for District Assembly and District Conference.

Niranjana Varma
Niranjana Varma was born on 1974, into a Nair family “Ittiyanath”, at Tripunithura in Ernakulam District, Kerala State, India. Her father, K.T. Ravi Varma is of Tripunithura royal family and mother, Hemalatha Varma from a prestigious Nair family (Ittiyanath). Her sect follows a strictly matrilineal way even though she carries her father's as her surname. She has only one brother an Engineer in Abudabi.

After graduating in Physics she changed her profession into painting and finished her BFA (Bachelor of Fine Arts) in Painting with a first class and first rank from College of Fine Arts Tvm in 1999. She was the recipient of the Kerala Lalitha Kala Akademi Scholarship for outstanding student of art in 98/99. Later she mastered the art of animation and worked with Mr.Prakash Moorthy, a known animator in India on the first complete Malayalam animation film 'Of Fish and Tales'. She has been working in the animation production with Mr. Prakash Moorthy for 4 years as an animator.

She is interested in doing painting shows outside the traditional galleries. The main among these exhibitions are 'Aakri' the roadside painting exhibition in 2002, 'Silence' the exhibition of art at General and Mental hospitals Tvm. in 2003 and 'Thattinpuram'(Attic) the exhibition of art in a small old traditional Kerala house at Chunangad, near Ottappalam, Palakkad Dist. last year. The idea was to convert the whole place into an exhibit existing in time. She has been working as animation consultant/faculty in various institutions in Kerala. Presently she is trying to develop a new concept called 4D painting; a painting done in the form of theatre on the stage using various multimedia techniques. Traditional dancing and percussion are her side lines. She enjoys reciting poetry. Her best hobbies are reading and writing. She likes good food and spending time with her family.


Venkatesan.M
Venkatesan.M was born in Tamil Nadu, south India to Mrs.Vijaya and Mr. Meikandasivam. He is one of the two children. M.Venkatesan is a qualified Ad Filmmaker from Coimbatore, South India who has worked extensively in the area of Advertising in Television and Theatre, Produced and Directed more than 60 + Ad films, Short Films, Promos, Documentary Films, Internet Video Ads and Music Videos. Venkatesan is a Film Graduate who specialized and obtained a D.F.Tech in Film Direction from L.V.Prasad Film and T.V Academy. He has done works in both fiction and non-fiction genre of filmmaking, not only in India, but also a practicing filmmaker in Singapore & Malaysia.

Director M.Venkatesan Selected Filmography: In 2005 Produced and Directed " DHESAI " India's First Internet Documentary Film a documentary film planned, shot and released directly for the medium of Internet on filmmaker Arunmozhi.S. In 2006 his Documentary on "Chennai Footpath" was screened at the Bridging Cultures Film Festival at Chennai and was screened in the Documentary section of the Bonn Berlinale Film Festival 2006 in Berlin, Germany. In 2007 Produced and Directed a Documentary on "Madurai Jallikathu - Bull Fighting in India" For the New York Times, Americas most popular New Paper.

 


Thus becoming the First Indian Filmmaker to do a Proprietary content for the New York Times. In 2007-2008 his short Film " Kshama '' , a period film done on celluloid based on the early life of Sri Mahatma Gandhi. It was screened at the IIFF- Indian International Film Festival, at Chennai and the same year was the official Indian entry for the Gandhian Panorama Film Festival and was awarded the Jury Prize. In 2009 completed " Kadhal Mannan - The King of Romance '' the First Biographical Film in Tamil Film History. Venkatesan loves collecting films and networking with people, and likes collecting antique cultural and film items. Venkatesan teaches at workshops on Indian Heritage, Media and Filmmaking and enjoys travelling to remote and Naturesque parts of India.

Pooja Bhavin Shah
Pooja was born in 1978 into an Indian family in Mumbai & brought up in coimbatore city,Tamil Nadu India. Her parents are of Indian orgin.Her father Mr.Shashikant M Shroff, is a businessman in Textile industry dealing with spare parts producing cotton.Her mother Mrs.Sudha S Shroff is a Housewife from the city of Mumbai.She is the only sibling for her parents.

After school she studied Bachelor of Commerce degree at Nehru Collegeof Arts & science.After graduation, she got married with Mr.Bhavin U Shah who is a Trader in uniform materials supplied to schools and a Diamond Jewller. She works as a designer in diamond jewllery and takes care of the administration.The retail outlet is named S & K Diamonds in Ahmedabad.She is blessed with two sons Aryan & Jeet.

She loves painting, paintings of different forms and in different style. To name a few, she got her hands on Glass Painting, Oil Painting on canvass, Foil Painting, Art work on fabric. Also, Dancing and Teaching is some thing she has always been attached to but more as a passion.

She is a good chef in baking cakes and making wonderful homemade chocolates.Above all she loves making friends and spending time with family.

V Vidhyadhar
Vidhyadhar was born in 1977 in a suburb of Chennai (formerly Madras), India. After school he joined Indian Railways as a Commercial Inspector and simultaneously pursued Graduate Course in Commerce from the Indira Gandhi National Open University. On completion of his graduation he pursued the Civil Services Examination conducted by the Government of India for selection to various posts. He successfully cleared the examination, considered to be one of the toughest examinations in the world in 2007 and joined the Indian Revenue Service as an Assistant Commissioner of Income Tax from August 2007.

He is currently posted in Coimbatore. His main job is administration of the Central Direct Taxes Laws in his assigned jurisdiction. This includes doing of audit of cases selected, check tax evasion, inspections etc.

He enjoys watching movies, listening to Indian Music, playing badminton and sweating it out at the gym. He is also an avid reader of English Fiction. He has won many prizes in quiz competitions in his school days.
